- Our services and practices recognise the fundamental right of every person to fairness, respect and dignity and follow strict ethical standards by:
- • committing to working for the good of individual clients and their families.
- • respecting confidentiality.
- • acting responsibly to prevent situations which may cause harm to themselves or others, and identifying any risks to safety.
- • ensuring that no sexual relationship takes place between staff and a participant of the program and that co-participants respect each other.
- • not offering counselling to P.E.A.S. partners or family members.
Confidentiality

Your right to confidentiality when participating in our programs is protected under the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 and the Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities Act 2006, unless there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of abuse or threat to self, another person, property or public safety.
